Successful at building and directing production teams in developing and implementing programming content for diverse audiences with well-known television networks and brands, including A&E, ESPN, HBO Sports, CBS Sports, Sports Illustrated, The Travel Channel, WWE Network, The NBA, NHL Productions, NFL Films, Fox Sports, Premier Boxing Champions, and the NCAA. Paulen produced, wrote, directed, edited and field produced a brand new signature series of programming for both Fox Sports and Premier Boxing Champions. Airing on both the Fox Network and FS1 cable, helped create the look, feel, and template for all of Fox/PBC's programming in both the field and the editing room. Paulen produced/Directed/Field Produced, and edited PBC's Countdown shows. These shows take inside the lives of the boxers, both inside and outside the ring, as they prepare for their upcoming fights.
